The new envelopes arrived today and they look GREAT!  The color is spot on.  I wanted to say a big thank you to both of you for working with me on getting the color right.

We wanted to write and thank you for the excellent customer experience we had with your organization.

Printing is a complicated field that requires precision timing and flawless execution to achieve credible results.  It can also cause undue stress on everyone involved with improper communication.  In the past, we at PSFweb have had poor experiences with printers including late delivery, less than adequate quality, and unfulfilled expectations.

This changed when we hired Presslink for our Punching Bag campaign project.  Your professional courtesy, excellent communication skills and superior product results were a wonderful surprise to a marketing department that lives and dies by the impression of our campaigns.  From the start your organization showed professionalism and it continued throughout the entire process.  When production time came you delivered on time with a product that surpassed our expectations.  Even when there was a slight glitch, you were quick to fix the mistake and we lost minimal time on our end.
